Marketing Manager (MM) – Semarang Jawa Tengah.
Responsibilities:
1. Event Management, Marketing, Promotion.
2. Source for partners for joint promotion activities and oversee the implementation of these activities.
3. Participate in strategic marketing planning and trade planning by analyzing the business and competitors.
4. Perform SWOT analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to seniormanagement.
5. Plan, develop and execute support marketing communication campaigns and programs aligned with strategies to achieve sales and marketing objectives with acquired budget and control implementation under scheduled time-line.
6. Sales and performance analysis, identify growth trends, opportunities and area of weaknesses in sales along with proposed corrective marketing actions.
Requirements:
1. Male / Female – Age max 35 Years Old.
2. Min. Bachelor degree (S1) in any major from reputable university.
3. At Least 3 (Three) years experience in the same position.
4. Experience in Entertainment & Resto Industry would be advantageous.
5. Honest, discipline, well-mannered, hard working.
6. Having customer base is an advantage.
7. Fluently in spoken and written English.
8. Self motivated and able to work under pressure.
