Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible to manage the customer service implementation and improve the customer satisfaction in order to create a good shopping experiences.

Requirements:
1. Male / Female, maximum 28 years old. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA ≥ 2,75. (Diploma degree with experience are welcome).
2. Minimum 1 year experience as customer service in banking industry
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skill
4. Fluent in english
5. Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift.
